Please add pets when booking so the fee is included. Want to bring more than 2? Send us a message — we may approve on a case-by-case basis. GUEST EXPECTATIONS & CONDUCT A working phone number is required to confirm and retain your reservation. By booking, you agree to act in good faith and not intentionally harm the host’s business, even in the event of a dispute or dissatisfaction. Check-In 4pm Self-check-in details will be provided. Please don’t disturb neighbors. Early check-in may be available for $35 per hour—reach out in advance to inquire. Check-Out 11am Check-out time is as listed in the booking. Late check-out may result in a $100/hour charge to cover cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. PETS Dogs are welcome at our home. We kindly ask that no other pets (cats, birds, etc.) are brought into the house. For your convenience, we provide: • Dog bowls • A dog blanket & towels for use on furniture and beds • A few dog toys Please note: these items are for use during your stay but must remain at the property. All dog waste must be disposed of at the designated trailhead area (400 feet up from the house), where you’ll find doggy waste bags and a trash can. PROPERTY RULES Smoking & Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 fee will apply if this rule is violated. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please dispose of butts and ashes properly. Drugs The use or possession of illegal drugs on the property is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and involvement of local authorities. Parties & Events No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied, in addition to any cleaning or damage charges. Glitter, confetti, fireworks, and piñatas are not permitted. MAINTENANCE & CANCELLATIONS Maintenance Access The host may require access for urgent maintenance. Denying entry may result in a $500 fee. Routine Maintenance Lawn care, pest control, or other scheduled services may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance whenever possible. Cancellations The cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking and applies once confirmed. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
